I’ve been using Vivosun pumps for years and have found they are good quality. I’ve had one run steadily for almost 10 years and only need an impeller replacement. The current pump I have has been running strong for 3 years. No signs of stopping. You can get larger gph pumps for a reasonable price as well. 👍🏻 More on reddit.com

September 25, 2023I moved to a house with a small pond/fountain, it has a submersible pump like first photo but it gets clogged about it every three days. Should I get a filter box to put my pump in like photo 2 or should I look at other options?
I have the same (basically) pump for my pond and had the same problem. My solution was a bucket filter. It wasn't hard to build and now I clean filters about every 10 days give or so. More on reddit.com
