If you know your off the rack fit, check the Y00X app. I’ve gotten a 100% Italian wool Brooks brothers suit for $275, a canali suit for $350, a Pal Zileri suit for $350, and a cashmere/silk blends Zegna jacket for $450. Great deals to be had. Just sort by suits and brand. Stick to 100% wool or silk/cashmere/wool blends if budget allows. If you’re looking for a summer suit, linen always plays or look for a jacket without lining or with partial lining. Stay away from polyester. Found this sub about a year ago and slowly been transitioning by wardrobe bc you mfers really know how to put that shit on.
I've got a friend's wedding coming up (first one since I broke up w my ex) and I really want to wear a suit that's more interesting than the usual dark navy tailored fit + leather loafers that I go with and everyone expects of me.
It'll be a summer wedding, so thinking of linen probably. Any recs or recent inspo to help me out? Got like 6 weeks or so. Thanks 🙌🏼
