I’ve been thinking of trying them out. Price seems reasonable, but don’t want to fall for a gimmick product and ruin my lawn.

Second year with Sunday. You wouldn’t believe it but last year it was very patchy, brown, and where the weeping tree is on the left, no grass just dirt and some weeds. So last year I got my kit with the soil test and sent that in, they adjusted my second shipment based on the results of the test. I did over-seed with their supplied seed. These are the products I’ve used this year. Lawn-Boy model: 10424 ♻️Mulching (2 bagging sessions for cottonwood fuz) 💭 Sunday products used -Sunday : Fescue Resuce grass seed 🌱(over seeding for the front lawn, patching for back, seeding for the front tree area.) -Sunday : Lawn Kickstart fertilizer ✅ -Sunday : Grass Machine 🌱 -Water schedule 💦 —morning 8ish am 🌝 —evening 7ish pm 🌜 Dethatched manually end of March

If you signed up for this last year. Double check your email and bank statements. I apparently agreed to an auto-renewal somewhere in the fine print. I before I took the deep dive on organic lawn care last summer I subscribed to this service. From my experience it was a waste of time and money.

Seen a lot of ads recently for Sunday lawn service and I desperately need some help getting my lawn in order. I did some looking but most of "reviews" are people just saying they ordered it or they tried the first application. So wanted to see if anyone's used them over the last year and how's they work. I used it last year and wasn’t happy. They “forgot” to send two of my shipments so I had to keep bugging them to send it. Never got my soil test results back. Then the last shipment the cheap plastic sprayer wouldn’t spray anymore and it took them so long to send me a new one it got too cold to put the product on. Can’t recommend it just for the logistical problems. Never got all the product applied so it may or may not work. The dandelion doom product is worthless.

I’ve been using it for almost a year and it seems to be working well. You can probably do the research yourself and buy your own products and save some money but for a lawn noob like me it works great. Takes all the thinking out of it. Maybe once I get more experience I’ll use my own products but no complaints from me so far.

This company has GREAT marketing but their operations are a mess.
They do not have any product due to "supply chain issues."
Their customer care team just told me my March 22 order would not be able to be fulfilled and shipped until May. Obviously, that wasn't going to work here in the Northeast.
It took me DAYS to get this info out of them. They are hiding the fact they are experiencing delays and taking orders all the same. Really unethical.
Only after I told them I left a bad review did they allow me to cancel and get a refund.
I signed up for Sunday because I thought it would make this easy. All it turned out to be was a scam.
I'll be going to Home Depot to buy similar products and just do this myself.

See if you have any local feed stores or coops before you go to Home Depot for lawn products. Oftentimes you can find the same stuff at a significantly better price. When I was buying seed for my last overseed it was 1/3 the price. I live in a more rural area though, I know not everyone has options outside of big box stores. Just worth a look! Edit: also I remember there are product links in the top pinned post on this sub so if you want tried and true items look there
