I’m wondering if anyone here has used the superstore pick up for groceries? I’m not sure how one goes about doing it.
Is the pc express account all that’s needed? Do I need a PC Card? Or do I just make the order online and go to the appropriate stall when the time comes and they bring it out?
I’m on crutches and think my brother has had enough of being my personal shopper lol, thanks in advance.

I've never made an order, however I have picked up for my wife several times. Makes the order for a selected time. Show up at your selected time and then you park at one of the stalls. There's a number to call, give them your name and what stall you're in ans typically they are out within 10 mins.

I waited an exceptionally long time the couple of times I used the service. At least half a. Hour after the end of my pick up window. Never again. I like the grocery pickup at Walmart though. More organized and trackable.

But right now you can order groceries and pick them up later the same day. They must have hired a lot of extra staff. First, you select your pickup location from over 700 stores across Canada.

It's called the PC Express Pass.
I got rid of my car last October saving insurance, gas, and 150 bucks a month on parking fees. I've bought non perishable snacks on Amazon but have been living pretty lean. This seems like a great deal for people Doordashing their groceries, etc. I looked through the FAQ but don't really see any downside? It's less than 1 cab ride for me

A non financial downside of online grocery shopping is that if you buy perishable items the quality of the selected items may not be up to the standard you want.

I got it a month or so ago. When I signed up they also gave me $50 worth of pc points, so it ends up costing me just over $4 a month. It’s great.

Has anyone had an issue where they hold onto more than double your order amount (125%) for about 5-7 business days? This is infuriating to me, I really need my money and I just have to wait. I won’t be ordering from them again. I have had $300 on hold now since the 15th. Kinda need my money

Credit card authorizations/holds can take up to 5-7 business days to be released. Typically, the issue is on your credit card's end, not Superstore's end - once they release the hold, there's nothing further theyc an do.

Mine gets held just up until I actually pick up my order, then the hold is released and the proper amount is charged. So if I place the order the day before pick up, it's released the next day once I pick up. Have you picked up your order yet?
