The best way to answer this is to look at the pros and cons before you join any such place which refers to get anyone employment after taking their bootcamp / program /skill enhancement etc. My cousin went through their program so I will give you some pros and cons. Cost: expensive --$10000 upfront before you start and balance $20000 once you get employed into a position which pays you $75000 or more. Duration: 5-7 months vs other places which do the programs in 3 months or so No structured course: They keep changing topics and add more certifications and courses which you were not even aware when you signed up Mandatory certifications and assessments: You need to clear certain certifications and assessments before they will put their resources to market you to the job market Accent: Not a deal breaker can still understand but they have slight accents Java program is more suited for computer science graduates. Even data science program would be done faster by a person who comes from a CS major otherwise those 6 months can stretch to 9-10 months or even 11. Pros: He said all the above can be considered pros also depends how you look at them. They don't put a time limit on you as other places you get out once they think you are ready Quality and the breadth and depth of training and coverage is unmatched by anywhere and might even be better than CS major degrees They are very heavily focused on marketing and do lots of networking and tech events like Java one , Gartner, AWS symposium, google cloud, etc which helps the people enrolled in the program. I am writing this review based on his feedback as I am supposed to join them in 2 months once I am about to graduate. Scam—depends on how you define a scam. As per my cousin its important for us to do a introspect and see if we are getting enough interviews with our existing profile if we are not we take outside help and nothing in life is free. My cousin and I myself researched them not only based on reviews also looked at bad reviews and how old were reviews and found reviews went as back as 2011 so they having business for a pretty long time. Bad reviews we also found were people kinda angry when they were pitched the program and maybe could not afford it or did not want to spend any money or time. I personally and my cousin we sent out almost more than 900 applications and were ghosted by clients and just got automated emails. Reviews, reddit and quora stuff I did not trust blindly as I know they can be manipulated. However if you read enough reviews enough feedback their responses to the reviews then you tend to find out who is being reasonable and who is being irrational. I am from a non CS major and am joining them based on logical conclusion: They have been in business since 2010 so more than 12 years -No business can exist if it is not providing something of value They are replying to all reviews and all bad reviews were written by people who never joined the program so I was alright with that fact They ask 10000 upfront which is high still they don't ask the remainder till I make $75000 per annum so I know it has to be a win win situation for them to even make any money as the program itself is too lengthy for them to break even without getting the remainder of the fees They are supporting in marketing and I also saw videos of them attending the major tech industry events which gave me peace that they are investing resources into marketing as well as training which is important as I am joining them not for training but to get employed Still take your time do your research and then only commit or consider them. r/careeradvice on Reddit: Is SynergisticIT a scam? I have read many reviews saying it's a scam.
April 13, 2023 -

I was looking to get help with getting employed in the tech industry as I am a recent graduate and am not getting luck for the past three months of applying. I was researching SynergisticIT. There are many reviews that say SynergisticIT bootcamp is a scam. I'm sure, like me, most jobseekers go with the reviews to decide; however, reviews can be manipulated. Does anyone have any real-time experience?

August 30, 2022 - That’s when I was introduced to SynergisticIT from some of my coding friends. Their feedback intrigued me so I did my own research too. Mostly I found satisfactory response with only a few mentioning something about too many assignments and higher fee but that was their individual experience. It’s been six months since I finished my training with them and I am writing this review to help people like me who are stuck with low paying jobs and want their resume attractive enough to be shortlisted by big IT companies.

I have 30+ people who i know who got free training , got paid training and some also paid for training and were either locked down for 2 years with the firm paying them low money and in some cases they learnt nothing and were once again had to struggle for finding a job. opportunities after being with synergisticit and doing projects multiplied 10 x and i was not restricted in whioch organization i could join and had full freedom hated doing my projects and understanding things at time --tough love as you might say --after everything done i look back at my time spent here as valuable. received offers with google and Apple both long term gigs and am happy and satisfied as earlier not even startups looked at my profile. i read some reviews where someone posted fake and fraud.
