I’m a Sprint user thinking of switching to the T-Mobile Max plan that launches tomorrow. But as I used to work for Best Buy Mobile, I don’t want to give up the fair amount of self-support I’m used to doing. This often involves what I call “short codes,” like dialing ##25327# for an OTA re-activation or ##UPDATE# (##873283#) for a profile update.
Does T-Mobile support similar codes/numbers, and what are they (or where can I find them), please? (Also, is there an official term for them?)
T-Mobile sends from so many different short codes, I was hoping to find a list of them and what types of messages each one sends. Seems even more prudent with all the spam and scam texts.

I have been using 7726 (SPAM) A LOT this week due to all the spam messages thanking me with a free gift for my March payment!
Every single one I have forwarded onwards to 7726!
Feel free to "ignore" this addition though since technically you are sending TO the short code, and not receiving from the short code.
