It’s $400 right now—$150 Costco card for financing a device (on new line) and $250 Visa for porting in a line. They’re just adding an extra $50 to shop card, so it’ll be $200 instead of $150. More on reddit.com

I’m a rep at a Costco, here’s the deal with the promotions: We will either pay off Verizon up to $800 per line OR give you $250 per line to port in as a gift card, they are not stackable. The key difference between the two is the Verizon payoffs will be paid to you as a Mastercard that can be used anywhere, whereas the $250 port in rebate can only be used at Costco or T-Mobile. If you want us to pay off Verizon AND get new devices on promo, you will need to trade in your current devices, but you don’t need to wait the 4 months like the other rep said. If you take the port in rebate instead, you can keep your current phones. Either way, you will get $1000 off the 17s on our Experience Beyond plan, which is the one for $170. Outside of all of this, you will also get Costco shop cards.
