If you activated a phone through Costco earlier this year, hoping to get a $100 gift card, I suggest you check the status. Mine's been PENDING at promotions.t-mobile.com after 19 weeks. Contacted T-Force, who said it was DENIED because I ordered it by phone using the number on Costco's web site, not in-store. My local Costcos don't have T-Mobile kiosks, and several Redditors (maybe even the T&C's?) claimed Costco phone orders qualified. Nope!
T-Force offered a $100 statement credit before I even had a chance to ask or complain -- which was awesome, but suggests many before me have hit the same issue.

(ETA: T-Mobile's TMobileHelp account on Twitter actually came through for me, helping me to acquire my $250 MasterCard card, which I mistakenly thought was a Visa card, and gave me the $150 credit. Thanks for the input.)
What a joke! I signed up with T-Mobile in July 2023, having been promised a $250 Visa card and $150 from Costco along with a few other perks. Three-and-a-half months later, my Costco rebate — which was divided into two $75 rebates on their website for some reason — has been denied. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile's rebate department after a frustrating call. The best she could do was offer me one $75 credit on my T-Mobile account. She's saying that the Costco rebates weren't associated with my actual phone number, which I ported over from AT&T, so there's nothing she can do. She wouldn't even let me pull a Karen and speak to her supervisor. I canceled my kids' lines (long story involving my ex-wife), but that shouldn't affect this promotion at all. It was promised to me when I signed up with them with just my phone number.
The T-Mobile rep gave me two options: 1) Take a $75 credit, not the full $150, on my T-Mobile line; or 2) Go to Costco and see what they'll do for me because it supposedly wasn't a T-Mobile promotion, it's a Costco promotion.
Nice customer service, T-Mobile.
Oh, and I'm still waiting to get my $250 visa gift card, too. I HATE the rebate process. They just hope people forget or give up.
