How do I get my dedicated T-Mobile U.S based customer service?
Honestly find the closest ubreakifix location and just bring it in. It’s covered under Samsung’s 1yr warranty so they’ll fix it for you. I had this happened to a family member’s phone back in July(worse because he forced it open and the inside screen broke and stopped working). I was prepared to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Lo and behold they told me it was covered because the hinge was a known issue. They might have to order the part but it came in pretty quickly. Once they fix it I recommend trading it in because the hinge on the ZFold 4 sucks. More on reddit.com

I am going through hell right now, a spouse with cancer, and just put my dog of 16 years down yesterday, so my patience is thin.

For the last week, I've also have been flat out lied to by customer care. First of all, I'm getting people who are clearly overseas even when I call between 9am - 8pm MST. I used to always get a dedicated U.S based team, and after being with the company for 14 years, they have always taken care of me.

I'm also a former employee, so I am aware of what call centers I normally get transferred to (Idaho).

The reps I am getting don't understand what I tell them, and promise "a manager will call you back," and that didn't happen on Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. All 3 times, they escalated my issue and promised someone would call me back, and all three times, no one ever called.

Update**** Got a brand new Zfold 5 as a warranty exchange today for my Zfold 4. Just created another thread on it with my other account. Thank u, Tmo Tiwtter Support

Did it through Twitter support. They didn't tell me they were sending me a new phone. Weird, but im thankful. I'm never calling 611 if what u say is true.
