hi y'all!
my sister is currently struggling financially and has a past-due balance on a t-mobile postpaid account. i'm getting a bonus coming up and would like to pay it for her.
i'm not an account holder or an authorized person on the account, so i'm interested in making a guest payment. obviously through the web site it won't show the amount due. will the store be able to help me? the only information i have is her (currently deactivated) phone number.
i understand that as i am not on the account or an authorized user they won't give me the financial specifics, but can i ask them to pay off the balance exactly, or do i need to go in with a specific number in mind (in which case i'll just do the payment online)?
thanks y'all!
At the end of last month, I ported out my lines and my account closed. Prior to closing, I asked if my account was protected by the uncarrier/price-lock guarantee where my last month’s bill would be covered. The rep informed me that no such protection existed (magenta max from a few years back) and I’ll need to pay my bill via guest bill pay after account close.
Now when I try the guest pay option using my account number, i get “We are unable to accept guest payments from this phone number provided at this time. To make a payment, please log in.” But I cannot log in, no longer have account access.
When I contacted T-Mobile, they’re stating I cannot make payments to a closed account without logging in. So what am I supposed to do?
Hello! I would like to pay someone’s phone bill but under no circumstances can they know I’m the one who did it. I know their cell phone number and the amount I’ll send (not sure if it’s the full amount but anything helps) is this possible with guest pay?
I'd like to help my friend out and pay his phone bill but he's the type of dude that would never let me if he knew what I was up to, so there's no way I can ask him for the account number.
I tried the guest pay thing online but it didn't work and it asked for the account number.
Is there a way to pay a T-mobile bill or add a prepaid card to a T-mobile account with only the phone number? I've done it with Verizon before so I'd be kinda surprised if there's not a way to do it.
