I’ve been with Tmobile for a few years now and have enjoyed the service. But the prices keep going up. This week I checked with a competitor, and was offered the following:
4 iPhone Pro’s (256 gb) for $90 all in after taxes and fees. Unlimited talk, text, and data on their 5g network. No trade in required. Activation fees waived. 3 year contract. I feel like this is a really good deal.
Does Tmobile have a current promotions that would come close to that I should consider? Currently on Go5g, paying around $160 a month.
Edit:
I think I’m going forward with this promo here’s the numbers break down.
4 lines, 4 Orange Iphone Pro’s 256gb Welcome Verizon plan, 3 year lock. $40 per line activation fees waived. $300 Verizon Gift card
After promos: $130 first month, $40 autopay the following months (35 months)
$90 month x 36 months = $3,150
$130 first month = $3,280
17 iPhone Pro 256 = $1099 $1099x4=$4,396.00
$3280-$4,396.00=$-1,116.00
So essentially, after 3 years, I would have gotten one iPhone for free while paying for service & 3 iPhones.
The biggest factor will be the raised fees. How soon or often they will increase the taxes/fees to average out their expenses will be interesting.
That being said, I’m going to keep my Tmobile plan as well, and treat this new plan as a way to get 4 iPhones paid off for a future trade in.
I’m a creator, so having 4 iPhones that 4k is huge. Multi-camera shoots inbound.
Would love to hear any thoughts. So far I’ve hear it’s a good promo, just poor company to do it with.

T-mobile says I'm "eligible for an upgrade". I go to their website, and look at the iphone 16 plus.
$929 from T-mobile, but I can get $200 back from trading in my old iphone 12 pro. = $729 net cost
For fun, I compared it to Apple's website, where iphone 16 plus is $899 and I can get $220 back from trading in my old phone. = $679 net cost
Why is T-mobile more expensive?
I don't care about spreading the payments out over a longer time period if it's paying more money in total.
Are there any benefits to buying from T-mobile compared to Apple directly?
Hi,
What's the best promotion out there to get a new iPhone for a current T-mobile customer? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Are there typically deals during black Friday? I can hold out a few weeks if I can get a better deal.
Thanks!
