I've been trying to pay my bill for over 30 min now. Go to enroll in Auto Pay, they don't take Credit Cards. So I have to pull up my bank account/routing info. They won't let you paste long ass numbers so you have to manually type them into a PASSWORD field so you can't see if you got them right/wrong. Then clicking enroll does....nothing. Now clicking Billing says "There was an issue loading the page. Please try again at a later time.". You would think taking $$$ would be pretty damn high on their list of shit to get right. Oh and it's dog ass slow. I have better things to do, about to box this POS back up and take it to the store. I don't need it, just have it around as a backup ISP but I don't need this level of incompetence in my life. This is all in ADDITION to last month where I had to call them b/c the idiot at the store apparently didn't create the account correctly when I got the modem/router and I wasn't in their 'system'.

I have my credit card on Autopay. I used to get the autopay discount, but a couple of months ago my bill went up $5. I checked the account and they said my payment method no longer qualifies for the autopay discount. After a couple of years they simply changed the requirements.

By all means, box it up and take it back. Your neighbors will thank you for not sucking up T-mo bandwidth around them.

I’ve noticed that when opening the T-Life app it defaults to that page but, if I open the T-Mobile app which is essentially the same app it defaults to the manage tab. As of now I’ve kept both apps just to see which one ends up being killed off and how they behave over time. More on reddit.com
