T-Mobile has no in-store repairs nor offers any such service directly.

TMobile doesn't do repairs. If you have their insurance, it's just AppleCare with extra bloatware. I'll save you the trip to TMobile and just tell you what thay'd say: go straight to Apple, that's the only place your insurance is any good. If it's just lint, they'll clean it out for you free. If it's actually damaged, deductible is $99 unless it's covered under the manufacturer warranty. Either way, start at support.apple.com .

You have to try hard to break your iPhone charging port. I bet its just covered in dust/lint from your pocket. I had issue with my iPhone not charging properly and I cleaned out the charging port and it had some lint in there from my pocket and it worked fine after

My wife's iPhone has a damaged screen, and I want to take it to the one authorized Tmobile store here to do screen repairs. I called the store and also walked in, and both times they insisted that I must enter an appointment online. Cool. I look for the store, and I can see the address, number, details, but nowhere does it give me the option to even see if there are appointments available. I don't see a "Make Appointment" option for any store in my area at all. Am I missing something?

Why don't you go in to the store and have them show you where to go to make an appointment? That way when they can't find it either, they get to look like assholes for making you do something you couldn't. It's a win-win.
