My wife dropped her Pixel 6 Pro today and destroyed the screen.
I have paid for 360 protection since the phone was new. I looked at the information on t-mobile's website and it says a screen replacement is $29.
But when I went on the mytmoclaim.com website it says the charge is $99. I tried calling the number to find out why the're a $70 discrepancy. The overseas customer service agent said it was because the phone is "not available for repair."
Does this sound right? Do I have any alternatives to get the correct/lower price?
I was planning to JUMP the phone this weekend for a new Pixel 7 Pro, but they won't take it with a broken screen, so what are my options?

I’ve been paying for the insurance for over 2 years and never had to use it until now. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max that’s paid off already.

TMobile doesn't do repairs. If you have their insurance, it's just AppleCare with extra bloatware. I'll save you the trip to TMobile and just tell you what thay'd say: go straight to Apple, that's the only place your insurance is any good. If it's just lint, they'll clean it out for you free. If it's actually damaged, deductible is $99 unless it's covered under the manufacturer warranty. Either way, start at support.apple.com .

You have to try hard to break your iPhone charging port. I bet its just covered in dust/lint from your pocket. I had issue with my iPhone not charging properly and I cleaned out the charging port and it had some lint in there from my pocket and it worked fine after
