The most a local T-Mobile could do is suggest local shops to get your device repaired at, stores do not do any repair or replacement. I'd call around to shops and check reviews then get it fixed that way, or check with your manufacturer to see what repair options through them are.

My wife dropped her Pixel 6 Pro today and destroyed the screen.
I have paid for 360 protection since the phone was new. I looked at the information on t-mobile's website and it says a screen replacement is $29.
But when I went on the mytmoclaim.com website it says the charge is $99. I tried calling the number to find out why the're a $70 discrepancy. The overseas customer service agent said it was because the phone is "not available for repair."
Does this sound right? Do I have any alternatives to get the correct/lower price?
I was planning to JUMP the phone this weekend for a new Pixel 7 Pro, but they won't take it with a broken screen, so what are my options?
