I know that my trade-in device was delivered, by the tracking number. I want to know if Assurant has accepted the device. Last thing I got was an e-mail saying I needed to send it in, which was sent after it had been delivered. I have not received anything saying it was checked and accepted. Next week will be the "deadline" for receipt. I don't look forward to fighting a correspondence war with T-Mobile about this.
