Since about midnight last night, I have not been able to see my usage on the website. It's prepaid an I have only so much data, I have to know how much I am using so I don't run out. I spent hours today on chat on FB. Still, I can't see my usage, where the usage is it just says image not available.

I called and was told they were working on some technical issues and to check it in a few days. A week later and it still is not updated. Anyone else had that problem? ... The day that we have all been waiting for has finally arrived. I am so excited to announce that this is now officially resolved and usage details should be loading without error.

Every month my plan details of usage would update within days if not right away. However, for the month of February it has not updated at all. I'm looking at it through the app. I can't seem to access my account online.

Down for me also since Janaury 23. I called to complain and they made a ticket. Nobody knows anything. Probably system got hacked also and are being ransomed. Tmobile off to a bad start this year. Get ready for another Class Action. They suck

Since July 25 T-Mobile hasn't reported usage. I go to 'line details' and there's nothing where the number usually is. 'View your usage' says 'no records found'. The 'help' chat box won't help me because I'm prepaid. They insist I make a phone call, which I can't.

I noticed the same thing, they removed the graph. They appear to be trying their best to get everyone to switch away from prepaid even though it’s perfect for me. Like just put prepaid in the app like everything else and be done with it. But they prefer to play these games. With all that said, you can still go into line details, click on view your usage, select DATA, then download. It’s a pain in the ass and completely unnecessary but that what T-Mobile wants us to do now.
