Alright, so, recently, Tachiyomi has been giving me issues regarding to loading chapters. It started off as simply back out and load the next chapter and continue from there. But later on, it began constantly timing me out from unread chapters. That issue fixed itself, but it has returned once again.

In short, I'm unable to read any chapter of a manga that I haven't read.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue?

MangaDex is upgrading their API to version 2. The devs said to update the MangaDex extension to get rid of the errors.

If by "random errors" you mean it simply won't load that's most likely your internet. I too suffer to load MangaDex on my internet, (be it Tachiyomi, browser or PC) usually works better on 4G. That's why I download new chapters beforehand. (If it takes too long to load it may timeout)
