I for the most part agree with everyone else here that no they aren’t that helpful but it doesn’t hurt to use vidIQ (free version) and use the search function and throw some of the high rated ones and then just tap the recommended ones. Takes 3-5 minutes and I actually have done it later to videos I didn’t do before and it has picked up views days after posting the video once I add them. More on reddit.com
