Is Windframe free to use?
What frameworks does Windframe export to?
What is Windframe?

I'm trying to find the ideal design toolbox for producing Tailwind components. Currently I design in Figma or Sketch, and then pass designs along to the developer to build. However, we are hoping to have a more seamless transition from design to implementation.
I've been using Figma to export Tailwind code to Pinegrow. I then clean up the markup in Pinegrow and build in responsive behaviour. This is an ok solution for now, but I would prefer to have an online visual editor so that multiple users can have access to the project.
Ideally I would find something that is as richly featured and easy to use as Webflow — but is designed to export clean Tailwind components. The ability to use pre-made components is an attractive feature, but everything we produce will ultimately have a bespoke design. This means something with maximum design flexibility. Also, I want easy access to the page markup and structure at any given time.
The options that I am looking at right now are:
Tails
Windframe
Shuffle
So far Tails looks quite promising. Shuffle is very limited, and I don't see much in the way of a community around it. Are there any other options I should be considering? Does anyone have any recommendations for a visual editor for this workflow?
EDIT: adding some useful features below.
Ability to create pages from scratch without pre-built components
Access to edit the full tailwind config file
Easy visualization of page hierarchy and DOM
Ability to edit & import code
Ability to edit full HTML document
Good support (or active community)
API access a bonus
» npm install tailwind-editor
