I have a spot where I would like something that will be 8-10 ft tall but with a footprint of only 3x3 to 5x5 or so. It also needs to keep its leaves year round. It can be larger and more canopy like up top. It's for the corner of my yard where, due to a slope, the neighbor's window lines up perfectly with our sliding glass back door. Our fence is 6ft high, so I want something to stick up just a few feet further. The spot is also very shaded by a large coniferous tree. It will be near where I'm putting in raised beds so I don't want anything too wide or it will start to shade the beds.

I know this is a very specific request, but it's a weird spot/need. I'm hoping someone here has an idea! I wasn't able to find any great fits combing some native plant books.
