October 15, 2023 - Tangerine you just lost me forever! ... My husband misplaced his card. He made three attempts to cancel/put his card on hold (not asking for a replacement). He couldn't do it because they were not satisfied with their "authentication". Being the primary cardholder, I stepped in and went thru the verification process, still couldn't get it done, as the agent need to contact the credit bureau, etc.
