I filled out an online application June 25th, did my recorded interview the next day, and my app still says in progress. I've called the store a about 4-5 times to check on the application. One time I was told I'd either get a denial or acceptance email, another time I was told my name was brought up. Earlier today I was told by someone that she'd let her leads know that I had called. Should I stop calling or just give up at this point?

Hello,
So I submitted my application id say about 4 days ago now and I just did my virtual interview 2 days ago for a “GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food & Beverage), Starbucks, Food Service)” position without any word back from HR when should I contact them? is it a good sign that my application is still in progress this long after the interview or should I consider myself rejected?

Wait the 5 business days just like what it says at the end of the interview and if you have not heard anything from them then call them and ask. The same thing happened to me. I had waited a whole 5 days before I had to call them and ask for an update. I called back today for a second time cause they never got back with an update and I was able to schedule my orientation ☺️
