I just want to logon and pay my bill I keep getting verification code sent to my phone. Then I entered the code and it goes back to the logon screen.
One big circle.
Target you suck. What bank needs a week to fix or upgrade a system. It was supposed to be up 3/18 12 am cst
Is anyone else unable to login to rcam.target.come to manage their Target Circle credit card? It’s been down for over a month for me with the attached server error. I know they rebranded to the Circle card, which is when this problem started — but the management link still points to rcam on their site (RedCard Account Management). I’ve been a cardholder since 2009 — have never had an outage like this — need to log in to check the balance and pay the bill.
Target's CircleCard (credit card) systems underwent planned maintenance from 11Mar-18Mar, according to their FAQ. It seems they may have also updated their online portal during this time. Now, my account no longer syncs. When I click "Update" in Monarch Money, it prompts me for 2FA, and I enter the 6-digit code sent by Target, but Plaid still fails to connect. I've submitted a support ticket.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
EDIT: Having just realized today is 18Mar... maybe I'll just pump the brakes, be patient, and see what shakes out....
4 days ago they changed the process and locked me out. 100% I'm positive I know what my username is, but now instead of user/pass on the same page I can only put in user on first page and it says it's not valid. And of course the recover username doesn't work, either; it just complains that enabling login on this account is not valid.
I've been logging in with the same credentials for five years. Since Target altered the login screens a few days ago the account won't function.
And while I'm at it, Target's tech team is the worst I've seen. I can't tell you how many times on a friday morning i login and the page is "down for scheduled maintenance".
As of December 2018, this is still completely borked. Having to reset security questions every time I login is ridiculous!
Yes, they proudly announced their redesigned website almost a month ago. The bugs I bumped into are so severe I decided to wait and not to address them to the Customer Support, thinking tons of complains are coming anyway. There's nothing changed so far. My biggest issue the site challenges me with a security question which isn't mine at all. Option to reset security questions pops after a few unsuccessful guessing. It asks for my card number, that's a dead point. After entering my number, it reads "Please enter valid number". The workaround I have is to click on "Forgot my username", then fill it out with the same username, reset password and being able to login. Sure enough I can't login after logging out, there's again unrecognized security question. Nice loop. 😎 I guess I will eventually call them asking to reset security questions. Does anyone know Target Customer Support is US based or else?
