Not easy to use at all. The login process is slow (why do I have to log in every time I use it, it's an app on my phone?) and forces me to use OTP even after I select personal device. The UI is miserable and the schedule is displayed in a weird way. Swapping, dropping, and picking up shifts doesn't work and I have to go to my supervisor to have shifts switched.
