myTime for Target is a time and attendance app that is used by Target Stores and Distribution Centers. Depending on your location, it allows Team Members to view their schedule, indicate availability preferences, request to cover shifts and pick up shifts.

We’re here to highlight one internal innovation in particular – myTime for Target, a mobile scheduling app for our field team. myTime for Target was built in-house from the ground up and rolled out last year to enable a more connected and engaged field workforce. May 27, 2022 - Team Leaders are required to have a "seek to understand" conversation with you regarding a NCNS, so you will get your opportunity to plead your case.
