New Teen Titans by Marc Wolfman and George Perez. It's the series that gave us so many now classic characters like Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven, Cyborg and Deathstroke. It also saw Dick Grayson grow from Robin into Nightwing, ushered in many great storylines like Judas Contract, and (at least until the approach of the nineties where it started going downhill) had a very consistent level of quality. Every character got their time to shine and got to grow as people throughout the run, as well. I think it shows that in any subsequent media adaption of the Teen Titans, this is the team roster they tend to draw most heavily from.
