One of the bath sheets I ordered had a loose thread, so I reached out through the live chat. Alice promptly resolved the issue, and I was very impressed with the efficiency. The towels are incredibly soft, and the design is absolutely chic. I’ll definitely be ordering more products in the future! ... I have a variety of products from Tekla (linen bedsheets, towels, pillows, cashmere blankets etc) and I’m satisfied by the selection of colours and quality they offer.
