If you sleep hot, you don’t actually want “cool to the touch” bc thats a marketing term indicating they ONLY start off cool. For OP (or others reading this), unfortunately, the best way to have temperature regulation (staying cool) is to convert as much as your bedding as possible to natural materials. Including your mattress- memory foam is essentially a furnace, as is the polyester most people have in most of their bedding. In lieu of replacing a memory foam mattress, try a wool topper. Do your own research (including buying a returnable one), to see that wool is the best material for temp regulation and staying cool through the night. I’m not connected to Big Wool, promise!
