Tempur-pedic issues with base

Not sure what base you have but what I'm about to say works with my Tempur-Pedic ergo premier base.

Hold the flat button down, after 15 seconds you should see rst on the display, remain holding down the flat button, after you hear six audible clicks from the base you can let go of the flat button.
