I think this might be a long shot, but who knows.
Having some issues with our Tempur-Ergo bed frame. The frame doesn't life or lower to the remote or the apps on the phones. However, the vibration still works on both apps and remote.
The other night I had to lower the bed frame via the button on the power box. Since then there has been no movement from remote or apps. I don't even hear clicking when I get under and make sure all the wires are connected.
Of course the receipt is long gone.
Any idea why the movement would stop and the vibration would still work?
Thank you.
So my adjustable base wasn't working at all but I found a power cord unplugged. After getting that plugged back in I was able to get my bed to vibrate, but can't get it to adjust. I typically don't adjust it anyways but I think over time it has started to slump in the middle and I'd like to flatten it out.
Help!
Edit: Solved!!
PLEASE tell me someone else has had the issue with Tempur Pedic’s pro base where a neighboring tenant in the apartment complex connects their device to your bed’s base and you can’t kick them off or connect your own device? Someone on our floor is connected to our base and their tv shows play in super loud from our bed in the middle of the night. It wakes me and my boyfriend up and the only solution is to unplug the entire bed, which then doesn’t allow us to use the frequency vibrations or adjust the mattress. I have no idea how whoever is connected is unable to realize that their device is playing in my unit and not through their own device. It’s blowing my mind that they’ve let this continue for days and haven’t realized.
Tempur Pedic’s support was also no help. They suggested I “ask whoever is connecting my base to forget the device,” as if I wouldn’t have already done that if I knew who it was. I told the building I live in about it and they sent out emails to the tenants in units surrounding ours on our floor. I also posted in our community app’s bulletin board earlier this morning, but it’s still happening as I type this at 11 pm.
