I read the FAQ and couldn’t find anything about asking questions about the bases. I hope that’s okay.
I’ve had my base for 2 - 3 weeks and the vibrating feature stopped working just now while I was laying in bed. Nothing happens if I press the button for the base to vibrate.
Is this an easy fix or should I return it?
I think this might be a long shot, but who knows.
Having some issues with our Tempur-Ergo bed frame. The frame doesn't life or lower to the remote or the apps on the phones. However, the vibration still works on both apps and remote.
The other night I had to lower the bed frame via the button on the power box. Since then there has been no movement from remote or apps. I don't even hear clicking when I get under and make sure all the wires are connected.
Of course the receipt is long gone.
Any idea why the movement would stop and the vibration would still work?
