Party Bullets are crafted with materials that can be purchased from NPCs. The combined cost of the crafting materials for 50 Party Bullets is 4 SC50 CC, which is 9 CC per bullet.

Hello,
After going over the costs of creating your own bullets using Empty Bullets, I came to the conclusion that the silliest version, the Party Bullet, is actually by far the cheapest option.
The others require materials with higher values, whereas the Party Bullet only requires 1 Silver worth of Confetti per 50 bullets, making the total cost...:
3 copper (Empty Bullet) + 2 copper (1/50 of 1 silver for confetti) = 5 copper per bullet. That's less than 50 silver for 999 bullets!
Just note than the Party Bullet does not grant an additional debuff or AoE effect as the other types do (aside from an excellent knockback!). You might want to consider using a different type on bosses for that reason.
