I came across the following Unicode character string, but I essentially only have access to the string in the form of an image.

My goal is to figure out which characters are being used above so that I can transcribe the entire string into text.
Are there any OCR applications, or other types of software available that can do this?

You can try this https://www.edenai.co/ . You just need to create an account and you can test many OCR engines from multiple providers. Maybe you can find one that do the job!
