For all of you out there who might have issues with the TT RGB Plus software not recognizing your controller (Especially you with an AMD CPU)
Here is a link for the 1.3 version of the software https://file.thermaltake.com/file/software/TTRGBPlus_Setup_133_x64.zip
This is one of the most stable versions, according to reddit.
Once you download it, make sure you disable automatic updates
Unplug your controller from the PSU molex connector (FROM THE CONTROLLER'S END) while the software is open, then plug it back in, it should recognize it now.
Then go to Task Scheduler (search it on the Windows search bar on your task bar) Find the task associated with the software (most likely named TT RGB Plus) and disable it by right clicking and selecting "disable"

I have the same issue I have contacted thermaltake, they sent a new box of ring quad fans, but it had the same controller in it, they then put me intouch with my region customer support. They told me that I needed to send them back where I got them from and that they couldn't help anymore. I'm am more frustrated with this than I have ever been. My rig is watercoolled (hardline), so I will need to empty my rig, remove the hardline tube, and get out the fans. I get all temp info from the controller. The fans work well. It's just the controllers and lighting control.
