TT Sync Controller Help
Question about thermaltake fans and the TT Sync controller. - PCPartPicker
Connecting fan hub/controller to a TT Sync Controller
TT Sync Controller not working in software, yet lights are ON and SPINNING.
Will this work for non-Thermaltake rgb products, such as CoolerMaster Master Fans?
Does this work the newer thermaltake riing trio fans?
Is this compatible with normal rgb riing 14 fans?

Ok so I just purchased a TT Sync Controller TT Premium Edition. I'm using exactly 9 SWAFAN EX 14 fans 6 of which are each in their own 3 stack. the other three are spread out. I have One 3 stack plugged into one side of the controller and the other 3 stack in a different side of the controller. The other 3 that are spread out are all plugged into the third side of the controller. all cables are connected, however only port 1 on all three sides of the controller do RGB the other two still power the fans but do not controll the RGB. I'm using Aura Sync to control the lighting.
All fans are spinning. The two separate fans in port 2 and 3 of one side of the hub do not have rgb. I have moved the different connectors around the hub and have determined that only port 1 on each side of the controller will use rgb. All ports on all sides of the controller will power the fans.
Any help with this would be great. Is there a driver I need. Aura is completely up to date. Thanks
Edit:thanks for the help I just decided to get a second hub.
I tried to post in the stickied support megathread as the sub's rule #1 states, but it was locked (unless I somehow missed a newer one)
Sorry if this has been asked and answered already, I've spent half an hour searching and can't find anything specific to this.
I'm rebuilding my main computer and using the leftover parts for a dedicated Plex server. I ended up going with mostly Thermaltake parts because I liked the look, and just figured I'd suck it up with the proprietary fan connections and all that. I've installed 3 Ring Plus 14 140mm fans, and have 3 of the 120mm ones on my AIO cooler. That's six total, and I've read that one TT Sync can't (or shouldn't?) handle more than five of the Ring+ fans.
I've got two of the fan hubs that come with the multi-pack fans, one that came to use with the AIO and another that came with the 140mm fan pack. My question is if I'm able to connect the fan hubs directly to the TT Sync, similar to how with Corsair products you can connect their fan hub directly to a Commander Pro.
I would prefer to not have to have two fan hubs completely separate from the TT Sync as I'd like everything to be seamlessly run off of it. I understand I'd probably still have to power each one individually, but I'm trying to figure out of there's a way to have the TT Sync set up with however many devices I can have directly to it, and then have one of the fan hubs branch off of it with, for example, the AIO cooler and its three fans.
So, tl;dr, can the fan hubs/controllers/whatever be connected to the TT Sync or is there no way to do this? It's gonna be a huge letdown if there's no possible way.
Here is the TT Sync Controller I have:

And here's the controller, the one included with this fan pack (couldn't find it by itself):

Fuck, now I wish I'd gotten the Quads, I just saw them and they're only like 8 bucks more. Which is the fucking worst, do I keep what I have that I'm probably okay with, or do I undo all the installation work so far and wait 4 days for new fans to come in, knowing that it'll probably be in the back of my head every time I boot the system up if I don't? God damnit. I guess I'll just see how these look first. Anyways, thank you for any help!
I am having the exact same issue as many others, and I am completely fed up.
I did a FULL Re-built from Intel to AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, on a MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk. I have 9 TT ARGB Pure fans connected to the TT Fan Controller. I get the same error, and all BIOS and AMD Chipset is updated.
The fans light up and spin, so it proves something is working, but still, software does not detect my controller that is in the JRAINBOW header.
Complete waste of money and lost faith in a company that I initially had a lot in
