I recently noticed that Th has two sounds, ð and θ. When I hear them, I can hear the difference, but can I just use one of them when saying words with Th?

No. These two sounds are meaningfully different in English. Changing these sounds will make a word unintelligible. It doesn’t matter that we spell them with the same letters.

Here are some th words off the top of my native English speaking head. I don’t know if they are most common but these are what I came up with if you’re looking for patterns or want a list to memorize. Please don’t worry about making mistakes in making the sounds. Anyone who know you are trying to speak English will understand and shame on them if they are rude.
