Need a couch for our house and are interested in this deal. How is this couch and Thomasville in general? What’s the firmness like? How does the fabric feel? How do they hold up over time? We went to our warehouse but there’s no furniture on the floor right now.

Very comfortable, nice deep cushions, easy to assemble, all covers come off cushions and wash very nicely! Have had mine for 2+ years now and have no regrets, would purchase again.

I read so many reviews before purchasing this couch and I am aware of the top complaints, but the reason I love buying my furniture from Costco is for their great return policy!
