I read so many reviews before purchasing this couch and I am aware of the top complaints, but the reason I love buying my furniture from Costco is for their great return policy! Very comfortable, nice deep cushions, easy to assemble, all covers come off cushions and wash very nicely! Have had mine for 2+ years now and have no regrets, would purchase again.
