I purchased the Thomasville Tisdale Fabric Sectional with Storage Ottoman, Gray and after only 6 months of daily use I can already feel the bottom cushions sagging so much that butt is hitting the wood underneath. 6 months of use seems pretty quick to already be so flat, has anyone experienced this? I've never returned furniture to Costco but am pretty unhappy this happened so quickly to this sofa.

Also have the Tisdale, also sagging/flat. I was happy with the price I paid, $1000 back in 2020, however lesson learned: my next couch purchase must have removable cushions that can be fluffed. It was super comfy the first year though. If yours is already deformed within months I think that’s fair justification to return

It looks like they came out with a new version of the Tisdale with a more modern look. I'm curious if anyone has seen it in store or purchased it already. Trying to decide if I should purchase the new or the old version.

Update: couch was delivered and we are happy with the purchase. It’s a little firm but seems like it will hold up well. My dogs seem to really enjoy it. I will add some photos in the comments.

How comfy is the couch? I saw the Aiden and Ivy modular yesterday and it was super comfy. But the cushion on this one is a bit more thin.

Hi - May I ask how is it holding up now with your dogs? I'm thinking to purchase this sofa as well. Is the fabric rough to touch (like tweed fabric) or smooth to touch? I'm scared that my dog will scratch the fabric!!
