I purchased the Thomasville Tisdale Fabric Sectional with Storage Ottoman, Gray and after only 6 months of daily use I can already feel the bottom cushions sagging so much that butt is hitting the wood underneath. 6 months of use seems pretty quick to already be so flat, has anyone experienced this? I've never returned furniture to Costco but am pretty unhappy this happened so quickly to this sofa.

Also have the Tisdale, also sagging/flat. I was happy with the price I paid, $1000 back in 2020, however lesson learned: my next couch purchase must have removable cushions that can be fluffed. It was super comfy the first year though. If yours is already deformed within months I think that’s fair justification to return

VINDICATED exactly the same experience except the top cushions are sagging due toour cat. I thought i was crazy. Our couches are the same age too. I wish I could return but idk how

I saw this one in the store yesterday, but they didn’t have any boxed up. I am in the market for a couch, and this one looks perfect. It looks great in your place. One tip for the sliding, order some stick on rubber pads from Amazon. It both protects your wood floors from getting damaged by the sofa feet, and it keeps it from sliding around. I use them on my leather club chairs and they don’t budge at all. One question, can you tell me the length measurement on the wall section? I can’t find this details per piece online, and I don’t feel like driving back to Costco with a tape measure…..Are they all the same length? More on reddit.com

We bought a Tisdale last year and love it. Super sturdy with dogs and I’d imagine with kids - it’s a perfect family room or basement couch. I don’t know if I’d pay $2k for it though. At that price point you could go to Crate and Barrel or Room and Board. More on reddit.com

Overall good ordering and delivery experience. I ordered online last Saturday and couch was delivered today. I received a phone call, text, and email last night confirming my delivery time.
