Exactly what the title says. I ended up on Apple Pay through tidal. I can cancel there, but can I keep my account and just sign up for tidal. When I visit tidal’s own website and login, it doesn’t let mr manage / change payment, but sends me to the App Store .

I’ve received an email from Tidal 3 days ago that they’ve cancelled my subscription due to lack of payment. When i’ve entered my credit card info again, the payment is refused repeatedly with several types of credit cards. Tidal support first encouraged me to try again, try different methods but i’ve told them that it seems the issue is with their side. After that, i’ve received this from the support:

“We understand wanting to learn more about this situation. Please note that you are attempting to use a payment method from a country that TIDAL does not presently support. To keep using the service, please switch to a payment method from a country that TIDAL is compatible with. Please see the list of supported countries here.

We appreciate your understanding.
