This whole thing where you have pick the right place to cancel is getting out of hand.
Went to the Tidal app, can't cancel but I CAN delete my account. But guess what? That means I still pay.
Went through apple subscriptions tab but TIDAL doesn't show up.
Went through website but it doesn't let you log in with your info, you have to sign up with easy google access which asks you for permissions. This makes me think there's no way I signed up on the website otherwise it would have already been set up.
After going through and allowing access to my google I have to click but not the account button, the three dots. They lead me to delete my account again or to manage my subscription. But manage my subscription is just to change my tier not to cancel.
This seems intentionally difficult. It's left a bad taste in my mouth.
Cannot Cancel my Trial Subscription?
Someone else posted the same thing earlier today. Sounds like something is glitching. I would contact TIDAL support.
