Hey guys, I have a question about Timemore chestnut C2 and C3 grinders. I am considering buying one of them since they are in a similar price range but one thing is bugging me. Browsing through the internet it seems like C2 has more grind settings than the C3.
For example, for french press it is recommended 25-27 clicks for C2 and 17-20 for C3. C3 makes more consistent grind, but it worries me that less grind settings are a bad thing for dialing in the pefect grind for specific coffee. I mostly brew pour over, but I might buy equipment for aeropress in the future.
What would you suggest me to get? Is C2 with more grind settings and less consistency better than the C3?
