Is there a 1.16.5 Tinkers Construct wiki page because I'm having trouble figuring out the material traits and modifiers.
The changelogs are the best source of information right now (mod is like, 2 weeks old). For traits and modifiers, we have design docs, notably the trait and modifier spreadsheet . Note not everything on that sheet is implemented, so ignore anything you don't see in game. We have someone on the team working on getting the book updated. So if you are fine not playing the alpha immediately we will have some in game docs in the future. More on reddit.com

[Tinkers' Complement] How do you open the Scorched Duct GUI?
Do scorched Ducts have a GUI? If I'm remembering right they are Menu-less and only act the same as Seared Drains, where you place a Seared Faucet on them and then use the scorched Controller to select which molten material you wish to Drain out? It may be slightly different with the Scorched Foundry but I found it to be the same when I did it More on reddit.com

r/feedthebeast on Reddit: Tinker's Complement and iron.
February 4, 2019 -

Alright. Um...

I play with TComplement and I need iron to make a bucket to get some lava.

But the heater only produces a temperature of 500 degrees while iron requires 591.

The question is: how do I make a bucket then?

(I have Better With Mods installed so all the ores are smelted into nuggets in the vanilla furnace)

r/tinkersconstruct on Reddit: [Tinkers' Complement] How do you open the Scorched Duct GUI?
May 19, 2023 -

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use/configure the Scorched Ducts from Tinkers' Complement in my 1.12.2 world. Right-clicking them (placed or unplaced blocks, with or without shift) does nothing to configure them, nor does it open the GUI I've seen mentioned on several wikis. The interact key doesn't do it either. The in-universe manual barely mentions ducts, much less describes them. The way all my sources skim over configuring ducts suggests that it must be easy, but nothing I do works! I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here. Please help?
