I believe this board is the version 1 of the board but I wanted to know if I could flash VIA onto the board.
I believe it already has QMK on it but somethings aren't working right on the keyboard like the caps lock and the spacebar sometimes double presses.
Well, just flashing different software to a PCB without figuring out why things aren’t working is a good way to brick things.
Start by confirming what the actual PCB is, looking at its markings. Then go to caniusevia and find out if it supports VIA.
For the double presses, start by cleaning the switches with compressed air, and possibly check the settings for key denounce etc in your existing QMK firmware.

I tried using the newest version of the software with my tofu, but the keymap is .hex and is not supported, and I do not know how to change it. I tried going onto older versions like 0.20 and it didn't detect my keyboard.
Are there any QMK/VIA PCBs in stock anywhere online that will fit the original Tofu65? The only one I've found is the BT65, but I'm not crazy about ZMK.
i recently built a keeb with the KBDFans 65% rgb pcb, and i was wondering how i'm supposed to get the software for changing the RGB setting? The download isn't available on the website.
Hi ya'll. I just went through the process of trying to remap my new Tofu60, and the instructions included on the KBDfans site were not easy to understand - there are multiple flashing guides, and it's hard to know which one you need.
In their documentation they recommend using VIA. I tried this multiple times with no luck, so below is what worked for me. I thought I would post it, in case anyone in the future needs help.

Step 1:
Identify which Keyboard/PCB/Chip you are trying to re-flash.

Tofu60 2.0
UF2 Bootloader v3.0
Model: Raspberry Pi RP2
Board-ID: RPI-RP2
Step 2:
Visit the QMK Configurator site:
https://config.qmk.fm/#/lfkeyboards/lfk87/revc/LAYOUT_tkl_ansi
Once you are at the QMK Configurator site.

Select your Keyboard (make sure this is correct!) as per the KBD site I selected "OG60"
Select the layout (this should be the physical layout)
Enter a name for your new keymap
Step 3:
Using the keymap GUI, select each key to the desired mapping.
This is a great Youtube video, going in-depth on how to use the tool:

Step 4:
Once you have the desired Keymap, you can then save the JSON file to your machine, for future edits.
Click the "Compile" button, to compile your keymap.

Step 5:
Once the compiling is done, you can download the file to your machine, for the Tofu60 2.0 it's a .uf2 file type.

Step 6:
Once you have the .uf2 file on your machine, you need to put your keyboard into "flash" mode.
Make sure your keyboard is unplugged, hold down the "esc" key, and plug in your keyboard. You should see a External Drive show up in your finder.

In your finder, drag the downloaded .uf2 file of your keymap into the your keyboard external drive. The keyboard should eject automatically. Unplug your keyboard, and plug in back in. If everything worked, you should now have an updated keymap on your keyboard.
I hope this helps some people. I'm not a documentation master, so please forgive me if there are parts that aren't easy to understand.
Cheers!
I have looked in lots of places to find the answer for turning off the rgb glow on my Tofu 65 keyboard. I Think I found it but there are too many files to navigate through to know what I'm doing. If someone could help me toggle off the rgb on my keyboard that would be awesome.
