Round 1: MMA fight in the octagon. Unified mixed martial arts rules. 5 rounds, each round is 5 minutes in duration with a 1-minute rest period in-between rounds.
Round 2: boxing match. Standard boxing rules. 12 rounds, each round is 3 minutes in duration with a 1-minute rest period in-between rounds.
Round 3: grappling match on a wrestling mats. No striking and kicking, only grappling/wrestling moves are allowed (pins, holds, locks, takedowns, submissions, chokeholds, etc.).
Round 4: no holds barred street fight (on the grass, backyard). Winning conditions - knockout, submission, incapacitation, retirement (by refusing to fight anymore) or death.
