UK Post office lost a phone that I sent- I lost my tracking number and no one seems to be able to help me to get a compensation
At this point, I'm suspecting that someone in the post office stole the package taking advantage of the confusion caused by the fight.
I can tell you that they honestly don't give a toss about your package enough to want to steal it. They handle lots of packages and some worth a lot more than your phone and to them its just another box to put on the pile.
If they stole it how are they going to get it from the counter space to their car without being seen given they're monitored from all angles by CCTV?
