Moving MS 365 to Workspace, domain and accounts...
The best tool I have found for migrating data from one platform to another is Migration Wiz by BitTitan. The cost is $12/mailbox (one time cost per account) and it works great! They have really simplified the process, allowing you to transfer from host to host & mailbox to mailbox. It takes a little config work on the front end, but then the migration is a piece of cake. I typically run a "Pre-Stage migration" which migrates all mail items up to a specific date (usually from mailbox inception up through 2-3 weeks ago) so that the bulk of the mailboxes is copied from old to new hosts. Then, after the MX records cut over, I run a "Full migration" which picks up mail items where the Pre-Stage left off up through the most recent items PLUS contacts & calendars. Their support is really helpful too, so if you get in a bind in the config stage, they can push you through. Good luck! More on reddit.com

r/Office365 on Reddit: How do I move my mailbox from Google to Microsoft 365?
August 8, 2023 -

I currently have a business google workspace account for my emails. I am using a custom domain ([email protected]) that is hosted and managed in Godaddy

I plan on terminating my google workspace account to move to Microsoft 365, how do I

  1. Move all my emails for all users from Google to Microsoft 365

  2. Have Outlook in Microsoft 365 send and receive all my emails using my custom domain

Would appreciate a step-by-step guide on doing this
