Hi I have most of my refunds but they are all under my Google play balance. I usually don't buy any apps on Google play that will required me to used the balance.
Is there a way to transfer this balance to my Google pay or my wallet to be able to used it for something else ?

I bought a bunch of movies, tbh it was a small % of my total refund I earned from reward points and I like buying films so worked out well. Also picked up a PS5 with the other money and bought a remote play app which allows me to use my kishi and play on Chromecast ( not tested them yet) but Google gave me a £2 credit for the app so it cost me like 40p lol. Many people are getting things like YT subs or putting towards Google one

Any ideas on how I can turn some of by Google Play balance that's about to expire into cash? Any apps that allow for in app purchases that can be converted to cash?

There isn't an easy to do this, but if you really, really want to do this, you could try to write a shitty android app and buy it yourself. You'd lose some money to Google, and its a lot more trouble than its worth, but if you really want to convert it to cash, that method works.
Edit: After some research, I found this:

You receive 70% of the payment. The remaining 30% goes to the distribution partner and operating fees.

I have money left over from Stadia's closure that's been sitting in my account for a while. I want to transfer the balance to my parents tablet as their card and board games are littered with ads and they keep accidentally downloading the spam ads.
What's the best way to get it over to their tablet?
Can I gift the balance to their Google account?
Would I have to log into my account on their tablet and purchase the app? What does that mean when they switch between apps, do they have to sign in and out of the accounts depending on which one downloaded it?
